OK, this has to be some kind of record – and abuse…at least for me.

I know Bed Bath & Beyond has huge financial troubles (they filed for bankruptcy in April) but now they’re ignoring anti-spam laws in a desperate attempt to sell stuff.

It’s been almost a year since I ‘unsubscribed’ from their email offers. Yet, in November they resurrected unsubscribed people and began bombarding them with emails.

Below are the 30 – yes thirty – junk emails from them in a two week period from November 12th to 26th. Some days it was four or five. Not nice – not legal!

Oh…and their ‘unsubscribe’ on the bottom (required by law) seems to have been disabled as clicking it only gets you back to their website home page!
